In the upcoming episode of The Bachelorette, Desiree Hartsock will take the five suitors to Portugal. In the episode she sheds tears and a previously eliminated suitor will return to propose to her.

The 26-year-old bridal stylist travels to the island with Michael Garofoal, Brooks Forester, Drew Jenney, Chris Seigfried and Zak Waddell.

According to photos on ABC, Hartsock is seen on yet another one-on-one date with Forester, who many consider this season's frontrunner. In the teaser video for Episode 7, which will air on July 8, Hartsock stands high on top a mountain on the island with Forester and they shout, "We're on cloud nine!"

In the clip Hartsock speaks giddily about one of the contestants that has won her heart.

"He's everything I've ever needed in my life," she said. 

The preview trailer takes a more serious turn, when Hartsock has a heartfelt conversation with Kenney, who reveals his doubts about their relationship. Kenney tells a visibly upset Hartsock who is crying.

"It's not something you control, it just happens," Kenney said bring Hartsock to tears. "It's just not going to work."

"The only thing that's kept me here is you," Hartsock tells Kenney. "I can be 100% for you," she pleads.

The clip also suggests that a previously eliminated suitor returns to win Hartsock's affection: the hand of the undisclosed guest held an engagement ring during the teaser. The remaining suitors' react negatively to the mystery suitor's return.

"I just did not at all expect this," says one of the bachelors. And another describes the moment as "the worst day of my life." Forester said the suitor's intentions of proposing to Hartsock made his heart "explode" in his chest.

"There's nothing I can say," Forester added.

Only four suitors will remain following the elimination ceremony at the end of the two-hour show. The remaining four suitors will return to the United States and head to Hartsock's hometown to meet her family, which will be featured in Episode 8 on July 15.

ABC's The Bachelorette Season 9, Episode 7 will premiere on July 8, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. ET.
