X-Men: Days of Future Past's director Bryan Singer teased fans with another photo of the movie set, uploaded Monday on Twitter.

The photo shows a few of the cast members filming in an environment that the director called "the countryside." A car is also in the shot with a license plate that reads "U-Lucky."

Hugh Jackman's character, Wolverine, and the Beast, played by Nicholas Hoult, are visible in the shoot. The two characters were also photographed together in another scene back in May. Singer uploaded that photo on Twitter as well, with the caption, "Welcome to 1973."

In June, Hoult was also photographed as Beast while filming in Montreal. In the scene, his character was in a fountain fighting Magneto, who is played by actor Michael Fassbender.

Hoult, who also played in the prequel X-Men: First Class, spoke about his character in an interview with BleedingCool.com in 2011.

"Before the transformation, when I'm just Hank, that's me and there's some CGI on the feet and toes. And then, once the transformation to Beast takes place, that's four hours of make-up and prosthetics with a full mask and wigs and fur and a big rubber muscle suit. That's quite a transformation," he said.

On July 4, the film's director gave another sneak peek with a photo he posted on Twitter of a house that had the name Maximoff written on its mailbox. "House call," was the photo's caption. The image reveals the home of the character Pietro Maximoff, also known as Quicksilver, who is played by actor Evan Peters. The 26-year-old starred in the TV series American Horror Story from 2011-2013.

Singer announced Peters' role in the sequel in May.

"Before he was an #Avenger, he was just a REALLY fast kid. Thrilled to say #EvanPeters is joining #XMen #DaysOfFuturePast as #Quicksilver," he wrote on Twitter.

X-Men: Days of Future Past will come to U.S. theaters on May 23, 2014.
