Anna showed up at Kris' house in a rage after being forced by the court to vacate their marital home, according to a police report cited by the gossip website. Kris told police Anna pulled out a handgun and had with her an "expandable metal baton" when she demanded money from him. The former Mets player told Anna he would get her the money, but then managed to leave the house and call police. Kris told investigators he believed his soon-to-be ex was wearing the vest because she figured he was armed.

Anna was arrested and booked on four counts: two counts of felony aggravated assault with a weapon, one count of criminal trespass and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. She is currently still in custody at time of publication.

The former FHM model told FOX411 in July 2012 that Kris filed divorce papers after she accused him of having an affair with her best friend.

"Kris was my whole life. And he left me for someone else and he just abandoned us," she said at the time. "I'm scared and I just don't know what I'm going to do or how I'm going to take care of these kids."

Kris and Anna have three children together. Anna starred on VH1's Baseball Wives in 2011 and 2012. She first made headlines in 2004,when she threatened to sleep with all of her husband's teammates if he ever cheated on her.

"I told [Kris], cheat on me all you want," she said. "If you get caught, I'm going to screw everybody on your entire team."
