Mumford & Sons released a music video Tuesday for their new single Babel.

The video features singer Marcus Mumford and his three band members performing with multiple instruments in a decrepit old building. Filmed in black-and-white, the camera continuously pans around the room with separate versions of the four band-mates appearing in different places.

The band plays various instruments, including an acoustic guitar, an electric guitar, a banjo, a mandolin and a piano, as they appear to multiply throughout the room.

The decaying room matches the lyrics of the song, which begins: "'Cause I know that time has numbered my days / And I'll go along with everything you say / But I'll ride home laughing, look at me now / The walls of my town, they come crumbling down."

Babel peaked at No. 60 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart, making it the second-highest charting song in the band's history behind I Will Wait (No. 12). It was officially released as the fourth single off their majorly successful album Babel, which also included the hit singles I Will Wait, Lover of the Light and Whispers in the Dark.

Despite the success, Mumford & Sons has been busy dealing with the news of bassist Ted Dwayne having a blood clot in his brain. Dwayne had emergency surgery to fix the situation and is now making a swift recovery. The band decided to cancel their headlining performance at the Bonnaroo music festival in Tennessee in supporting of Dwayne.

"If we could've we would've, you know that about us," the band wrote in a June 13 Facebook post, concerning their decision to cancel. "We trust that you can respect our collective desire to encourage Ted to make a full recovery, and that this is based purely on the medical advice we have received."

Dwayne was able to recover enough to play at the Glastonbury Festival in Britain June 30 to a warm reception.
