Kerri Walsh Jennings flaunted her post-baby body in a nude shoot in the 2013 ESPN Body issue.

The Olympic-winning volleyball player gave birth to baby girl, Scout Margery Jennings in April and showed off her toned and naked body, while holding the little girl.

Though Kerri, 34, is used to wearing minimal clothes on the beach court, she admitted that she was very nervous about stripping down for the shoot.

"[It was] scary as hell. For the first shoot, I was very pregnant, and that wasn't as scary. I thought it would be, because I was big and rotund when I'm usually the opposite, but it was really comfortable because I felt almost like I was in costume," she told the magazine.

"But for the second, I was two and a half months out from having a baby. I'm supposed to be tight and toned and strong, but I have a lot more work to do," she said.

In a behind-the-scenes video of the photo shoot, Kerri said she is still not where she wants to be, in terms of her weight.

"I'm 15 pounds heavy. It's not even about the weight, it's just about being toned and tight and with my A game," she explained. "I'd say I'm at least a month out from being ready to be in this magazine!"

Kerri said she was so determined to get her body back in shape that she went against doctor's orders.

"The doctors said wait four weeks to allow my insides to heal. We might want more babies down the road, so I didn't want to mess with that. But after two weeks, I started cheating and doing little body weight squats.

Although pregnancy has changed her body, Kerri said that having babies has made her a "wonder woman."

"Everything else seems minor compared to the soul-shaking thing that is labor," she said
