Actors Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson will make their first Comic-Con appearances at the 2013 convention held in San Diego starting July 18.

Lawrence is scheduled to be on two Comic-Con panels in 2013: The Hunger Games: Catching Fire for Lionsgate on July 20 and X-Men: Days of Future Past for 20th Century Fox. Both panels are among the most popular at the convention since both movies continue to stir a lot of buzz leading up to their release dates. The film adaptation of Suzanne Collins' novel will be released in U.S. theaters on Nov. 22, 2013, and the X-Men movie is due in theaters on May 23, 2014. She plays Katniss Everdeen in Catching Fire and Raven/Mystique in Days of Future Past.

Hemsworth, who co-stars in The Hunger Games movies as Gale Hawthorne, and Josh Hutcherson (Peeta Mellark) will also be making their first Comic-Con appearances. Hemsworth was in The Expendables 2 and the film had a Comic-Con panel in 2012, but the actor was not part of the panel, according to Examiner. The actor is currently in Canada filming the 2014 thriller Cut Bank alongside Warm Bodies actress Teresa Palmer. He plays an athlete turned auto mechanic who dreams of getting out of Cut Bank, Mont., according to Variety.

Never-before-seen footage from Hunger Games Catching Fire will be showcased at Comic-Con 2013 and a Q&A opportunity will be available with the stars. Comic-Con 2013 runs from July 18-21. Click here for the full schedule of events.

Another star making her Comic-Con debut this year is Julianne Moore. The actress, who will be at the convention to promote Seventh Son, is reportedly in talks to join the cast of Catching Fire. If signed on she will play District 13 leader Alma Coin in the third and fourth film installments, The Hollywood Reporter noted in late June.
