To the excitement of its loyalists, HBO's hit TV series, Game of Thrones, has kicked off production on Season 4, as fans of the show have begun pondering whether or not Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) will end up making it to Westeros to take down Joffrey.

When the program's third installment came to a close, Dany had rounded up 8,000 soldiers, and overtook Yunkai with assistance from the likes of Barriston Selmy, Daario, and Jorah Mormont.

Towards the backend of the Storm of Swords read, the cavalry makes the trek to Meereen, which is considered the last good slave city. At this point in the book, Arstan Whitebeard reveals that he's Barristan Selmy following his rescue of Daenerys. However, it has already been done in the show.

Moving forward, with his true self revealed, Selmy relays some less than ideal news concerning Jorah, coming clean to Dany that Mormont has been sending reports on her status to Lord Varys for an eventual pardon by King Robert to return home.

Although no official airdate has yet to be revealed, HBO's Game of Thrones is set to premiere Season 4 at some point in late March or the early April of 2014. Be sure to keep checking back for more of the latest details on the popular TV series.
