On the heels of his split from Stacey Keibler, George Clooney is being offered advice from Millionaire Matchmaker star Patti Stanger about suitable celebrities he should date.

Stanger told Life & Style potential new host on The View, Jenny McCarthy, would be the perfect match for Clooney,

"She doesn't need him to build her career, she doesn't want kids and she's used to dating A-listers like Jim Carrey," Stanger told Life & Style.

The professional matchmaker believes Clooney and McCarthy would make a great couple because of McCarthy's physical attributes and they have a high compatibility factor in the astrology department.

"She's his look and will keep him laughing," said Stanger. "A Scorpio and Taurus are a sizzling combo!"

Life & Style, however, pointed out that the former Playboy model may not be interested in dating men in Hollywood. McCarthy suggested in an interview with the Chicago Sun-Times that men in Hollywood do not appeal to her because they are feminine.

"The next time you're watching the Academy Awards thinking how sexy it would be to date George Clooney, think again," McCarthy reportedly wrote. "George probably borrowed his girlfriend's Spanx."

People reported that The Descendants actor and Keibler confirmed the split of their two-year relationship on Monday.

"Stacy called it quits. She wants to have children and a family someday. She knows where George stands on that," a source close to the couple told PEOPLE. "They talked and they quietly stopped being a couple several weeks ago."

Clooney and Keibler have not made a public appearance together in months, and they recently spent their Fourth of July vacation thousands of miles apart, NY Daily News reported.

Clooney divorced actress Talia Blasam in 1993 and has since been romantically linked to Karen Duffy, Lucy Liu, Renee Zellweger and Italy's MTV star Elisabetta Canalis.

McCarthy previously dated Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher for three months and comedian/actor Carey for two years.
