Fans continue to scour the web for the most up-to-date info on BBC's hit TV show, Sherlock, which isn't slated to make its return to the small screen for season 3 until the fall.

Although there hasn't exactly been a ton of buzz in terms of its spoilers, executive producer Steven Moffat recently dished to Entertainment Weekly on the program's current progress for its upcoming installment.

"We've done two. But we've now got a small gap - a small gap? A large gap! - while Martin (Freeman) goes back to New Zealand to film a bit more of the Hobbit and then he'll return to us," he said.

It was previously announced that the first two episodes of the program will be titled The Empty Hearse and The Sigh of Three respectively. The latter will most likely have Mary Morsten (Amanda Abbington) in it.

BBC's Sherlock had been rumored to be making its return on Thursday, October 31. However, it was recently revealed that the program would make its return either in December or January 2014.
