The feud between Joe Gorga and Teresa Giudice gets physical on Sunday night's episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

As the cast heads off on a healing retreat to Lake George, the family squabble escalates into a physical fight between Teresa’s husband, Joe Giudice, and her brother, Joe Gorga.

Fellow cast mate, Caroline Manzo dished about the brawl, telling EnStars, "It was difficult to watch."

"I've seen the episode already, and I can't imagine that any of them are going to watch this week and feel good about what they're looking at," Manzo told Enstars at Mohegan Sun's Hot Summer Fun Reality Check.

"As far as my involvement goes, I'm going to be quiet for now," she teased.

Manzo did admit that being around the fighting in-laws is exhausting.

"When you are in the thick of it, it is a tough place to be," the RHONJ star said. "It's just sad."

In the preview for the July 14th episode, Teresa tries to patch things up with her brother and his wife, Melissa Gorga. Teresa urges her brother to put family first.

“Be a man, stick with your blood,” she says.

“I’m not sticking with scum like you,” Joe Gorga responds.

At one point, Melissa screams at Teresa, “You are poison!”

That's when Joe Gorge and Joe Giudice got physical.

"Joe Gorga charged at Joe Giudice, and Joe Giudice put him in a choke hold," a source told Celebuzz earlier this year.

"Joe Gorga got behind Joe Giudice and had him in a bear-hug -- but not the affectionate kind," said the insider. "Joe Giudice punched Joe Gorga in the side, twice. Teresa was there, but she left the room mid-fight."
