On Sunday night's Watch What Happens Live, Kathy Wakile  showed off her assets in a tight dress, leading many fans to wonder if she'd gotten a boob job.

During the appearance, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star answered several Twitter questions, including one from a fan, who asked if she'd recently gotten breast implants.

Wakile, who just landed a cookbook deal, dismissed the boob job implication.

“I put on weight. I got the big fat a**. I’ve got big boobs, too,” she said.

Wilkie claims she's done with the plastic surgery, revealing she even stopped doing lip injections.

Last year, Kathy revealed she had gotten a nose job.

After breaking her nose twice, Kathy noticed a bump forming in the middle and was unhappy with it, so she had minor surgery to have it fixed.

Wakile first discussed the rhinoplasty with Andy Cohen back in May 2012 during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live.

"I broke it twice, so it was time to get rid of it," she said, explaining that she had the rhinoplasty on New Year's Eve in 2011. "Once in Italy playing soccer, and once playing softball. I'm not athletic."
