As Eminem's fans anxiously await the release of his new album, the rapper is set to join Yelawolf for an exclusive performance at the G-Shock Anniversary Party next month in New York.

As the digital watch company celebrates its milestone anniversary, Slim Shady will hit the stage at a top secret location on August 7th and reportedly drop some new tracks.

A source told EnStars the rapper is hoping to "tease" a bit of the album before its release.

Eminem's album does not have a confirmed release date. All that's known is that the album will likely be released in 2013.

"He has a lot of dope tracks, but great music takes time," the source said. "Fans need to be patient... it'll be worth the wait."

Eminem has been busy in the studio, working with high-profile collaborators like Big Sean, Chris Rock and Kendrick Lamar.

Shady president Paul Rosenberg previously hinted that the rapper's album may be released after the European tour.

"We fully expect to be releasing a new Eminem album in 2013. He's been working on it for some time," Rosenberg told Billboard in a February interview. "It's safe to say that it will be post-Memorial Day at some point, but we're not exactly sure when. We've got some dates locked in for him to perform live in Europe in August, so we're trying to see what else lines up."

Eminem will tour Europe in August with rappers Kendrick Lamar and Tyler the Creator. The tour will kick off on Aug. 15 in Belgium and will end 10 days later on Aug. 25 in the U.K. The full list of dates can be seen on his website.
