On Sunday night's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian talks about finally settling her divorce from Kris Humphries.

"I just met up with my attorney, and I'm really excited to share all the updates with what’s been going on with my divorce," she says off camera in the clip.

She breaks the news to her mom, Kris Jenner, and sister Khloe. "…So [Kris Humphries] sent over a settlement today. He's finally for the first time said he will agree to divorce."

Kim, who gave birth to her and Kanye West’s daughter North on June 15, explains, "It bothers me that he really feels in his heart that I didn't love him. There are things that I would own up to and say 'You know what, I'm sorry I hurt you. I'm sorry if you felt like we should've communicated better in our filing divorce.'"

"I wish I did that differently. I really do, and I want to apologize for that, but it still doesn't mean I don’t have a conscience and heart that I would want him to know how I really feel. I wouldn't want someone to really believe the hype," Kim added.

On Oct. 31, 2011, Kim filed for divorce from Kris Humpries after only 72 days of marriage.

The pair finally reached an agreement on April 19. Their divorce was finalized in June.
