Chris Brown is a single man, again!

When asked about his public romance after being linked to Tran after splitting with Rihanna, Brown gave an honest response.

"[Fans have] seen me on and off again with different girls, you know who they are, but right now, as a 24-year-old man, I just choose to be single!"

Brown added that he suprinsingly still keeps in contact with both Rihanna and Tran, but has taken time to himself to focus on his charity work and upcoming album, X

"I'm still good friends with them," Chris admitted. "[Now] it's just me being focused with my music and doing this stuff. Right now, I'm in my prime."

Brown was last seen at the 2013 BET Awards show with Tran, with sources said they spent some alone time at his Hollywood hills home.

"They got it crackin' at his crib," a source close to the singer said.

Meanwhile, Brown was cleared from a $16million lawsuit involving rapper Drake surrounding a NYC brawl between the entertainers that occured at Greenhouse nightclub.

Entertainment Enterprises, the company who owns Greenhouse attempted to sue the singers.

According to TMZ, the judge ruled that Chris and Drake "had no duty to club to behave' and would therefore not be forced to pay."

The judge argued that because the fight didn't occur on Greenhouse's property and since fights in nightclubs aren't uncommon, the company was unable to sue.

It was reported that Brown sent a bottle of champagne to Drake's table as an act of kindness, but it was returned with a note reading, "I'm f*****g the love of your life, deal with it", referring to Rihanna.
