Fans of the 90's hit TV show Friends will be disappointed to hear that actress Lisa Kudrow said a reunion movie is not in the works.

In an interview with CNN, Kudrow, who played Phoebe in the comedy, put the rumors to rest.

"Well, I knew there wasn't ever a movie. There was never a "Friends" movie. Ever. So I've always known it's not happening," Kudrow said, according to the July 23 article. "But with this last rumor someone came up with a great graphic with the couch and it looked like a real teaser and I went, "Wait!" And then someone came up with a fake story and got some publication to buy the lie that there was going to be a reunion, so I saw on Twitter people were posting this article that NBC was really going to do it. And I went, "Wait a minute, was I not invited? Oh my God, maybe there is one and I wasn't asked to do it." I even had a moment where I believed it because everything around it looked real. It was a good setup."

Former co-star Jennifer Aniston talked on Ellen back in May about a possible Friends reunion, but both the network and the creators of the show have shot down rumors in the past.

Kudrow currently stars as Fiona Wallace in Showtime's Web Therapy and recently produces the new TLC series Who Do You Think You Are? Both debut on July 23.
