Kris Jenner revealed the truth about her daughter Kim Kardashian's post-baby body on a recent episode of her daytime talk show.

While the 32-year-old reality tv actress has yet to make a public debut after the birth of her daughter, North West on June 15, Jenner said that Kardashian is shedding the weight on her own time.

On Thursday's taping of Kris, the 57-year-old mother of five, denied reports that Kardashian had already gone back to her slim size, but indicated that she's making progress.

"Well, it's been 3 seconds since she's given birth" Jenner teased on her show.

Jenner previously denied that Kardashian has been in hiding since the birth of North, and laughed off rumors about the reality star staying inside until she sheds off the weight.

They "said I locked her in a closet, so how can she work out and eat right ... if I've got her shackled away?" Kris jokingly asked on her show.

According to HollywoodLife.com, Jenner admitted that Kardashian physically isn't where she wants to be, but will snap back soon.

"Trust me!" she said when asked if Kim will get her pre-baby body back. "She's not there yet."

Back in April, Kardashian said at E!'s Upfront event in NYC that she struggled with adjusting to her weight and then-pregnant figure.

"It was really hard for me to accept that the body changes, and I was having a different kind of pregnancy than Kourtney did," she said at the time. "She made it look really easy, but ever since the baby started to kick I've really embraced it. Now I love being pregnant!"

Sources said that Kardashian has already lost 20 out of the 50 pounds gained during her pregnancy.

"She wants to show up like Heidu Klum and have everyone marvel at how fast she lost the weight," a source said.
