Jenni 'JWoww' Farley and her fiancé Roger Mathews may be heading into trouble. The couple were spotted at a family therapy centre in Toms River, NJ. on Thursday.

Pictures posted on UK's Daily Mail, show the two looking somber as they walk to the office. Instead of holding each other's hands, Mathews kept his hands in his jean pockets as JWoww walked behind him with her face down. Mathews did, however, open the door for her before entering the office.

The 27-year-old Jersey Shore star wore a conservative look wearing a long black skirt, burgundy tank top and white blazer.

Earlier this week, the two were in Atlantic City. On July 20, Jwoww tweeted a picture of them saying, "Out with me monkey."

Farley and Mathews' up-and-down relationship was broadcast for everyone to see during Jersey Shore and Snooki & JWoww Season 2. On Season 6, Episode 5 of Jersey Shore, everyone saw the big fight at Bamboo bar, in which Roger put his hands on Jenni and pushed her to the side. Because she fell to the floor, she ended up fracturing a bone in her ankle and walking around with a cast for weeks afterwards.

There were also times Farley would refuse to have sex with Mathews. JWoww's explained it was "too much work." "It's like 45 minutes of breaking a pelvic bone," she said in an interview with MTV.

Even though JWoww got engaged in September 2012, the video of the proposal was aired in March. After Jenni faced her fear of heights and skydived with Roger, he got on one knee and popped the question with a 7.5 carats pink and white diamond ring.  

"It's more than I ever expected," Jenni told InTouch about her ring. "Roger's not an average-looking guy, he's huge: his personality, his size [6'4"]. So I always said, 'I want my ring like you - big! The bigger the better!"'

Plans for a wedding were originally supposed to be this past spring, but because of Hurricane Sandy, the date got postponed. The couple is still in the planning stages. "We are probably going to start planning soon," JWoww recently told EnStars. "But we are in no rush."

Meanwhile, JWoww and Snooki will reportedly begin filming Season 3 of their spin-off show, once they find a town in New Jersey that will accept them.
