Kris Jenner revealed that her daughter Kim Kardashian is obsessed with troubled teen star, Amanda Bynes and wishes she gets the help she needs.

In an off-camera interview with E! News host Ryan Seacrest on the set of Kris that Us Weekly was able to obtain, Jenner said that Kim has been keeping up with the latest news surrounding Bynes and wants her to get better.

"Kim loves Amanda - she's obsessed with her and really wants her to be fabulous and get well," Jenner said last Thursday.

The 57-year-old realty mom expressed deep sympathy for Bynes, whose parents recently requested for a conservatorship of their daughter. Jenner added that as mother, she found it very sad that Bynes was in a hospital.

"This is something that, for me as a mom, makes me very sad, but happy that she's getting perhaps the help that she needs for one reason or another," she said.

Jenner said that she does not like to cast judgement on people.

"I've always said, 'I don't know what goes on behind the scenes, I'm not there, I don't want to be the one who's quick to judge, you know, and be real negative," she said. "I like to look at the glass half full. And so I'm really glad that, whatever is going on, this would be the start of a new beginning for her."

Seacrest agreed with Jenner, saying that it was "important who you have around you," and spoke about comparisions between Bynes' situations to another teen star, Britney Spears.

"You look at what Britney was able to do and to overcome with the people that got to be around her ... So hopefully the right people get to be around Amanda and get her on track as well," Seacrest said.

Jenner added that her daughters--Kourtney, Khloe, Kim, Kylie and Kendall won't end up like Bynes as long as they "surround themselves with each other."

"Cause there's 52 of us," Jenner said.
