Nene Leakes is being sued by celebrity wedding planner Tiffany over failure to pay a remaining balance of $1 million for her lavish June wedding.

TMZ reported on Friday that Cook's company Dream Design Weddings, filed a $2.5 million lawsuit against the Real Housewives of Atlanta star.  According to the report, Leakes made the down payment of $18,750 but did not pay the outstanding amount of over $1 million. Cook--who planned Leakes' co-star Porsha Stewart's 2011 wedding to Kordell Stewart--says the reality star owes her an additional 15% of the total budget of $1.8 million ( $270k), design fees ($889,900) and reimbursement for roundtrip flights from Florida to Georgia ($1,750).

Leakes' reacted to the news with a series of rants on Twitter. The Glee actress wrote, "What wedding planner gets a million $ 2 plan a wedding! We n the wrong business! Please show me a contract I sign! Show me a check I wrote u," she wrote.

She also wrote that she intends to countersue and shared a photo of herself with her husband Gregg and Tony Conway, who planned her wedding.

TMZ caught up with Leakes in Beverly Hills on Saturday and when asked about the claims she told the website, "I don't owe her a f***ing dime."

A rep for Leakes released a statement to GossipCop.

"The wedding planner of note was Tony Conway, he rendered the services that
made NeNe's wedding the spectacular, memorable affair that it was. Ms. Cook's lawsuit has no merit and it appears to be a baseless attempt to grab fifteen minutes of fame after Ms. Cook and her company were terminated early in the planning process."

Nene's fans will witness her walk down the aisle in a $50,000 white Baracci dress on her wedding day. The ceremony cost a whopping $1.8 million, and was held at the Intercontinental Hotel in Atlanta on June 22. Gregg slipped a 10-carat diamond band ring onto her finger, next to her 15.2-carat engagement ring. And Judge Mathis, of the Judge Mathis TV show, officiated the nuptial, according to reports.
