Bravo's Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger is enjoying life with boyfriend and mortgage broker David Krause. But the reality star admits it took a lot of work at her plastic surgeon's office to make her confident enough to date and find her sexy new man.

"I had my first breast reduction and lift five years ago," the 52-year-old told Life & Style. "Then, I had another one. I felt skinny and young again!"

Then in 2011, she went back in for a face-life, but her doctor suggested an eye lift.

"I felt pretty and like I could go out, date and compete with all the young girls," Stanger said. "When you're on TV, you have to do this. Anyone who says they don't is lying." 

Stanger met Krause through an online dating site nearly a year ago.

The couple shot down engagement rumors in March 2013 after Stanger stepped out with diamond jewelry on her finger.

"We're not engaged yet," Stanger said during an appearance on Good Morning America on Wednesday, March 20.

"I have a promise ring," she explained. "We moved in together pretty soon, so that's the reason why."

Krause admitted he didn't know who she was when they met. 

"That was just so crazy because I've never experienced anything like it before in my life," Krause, who has two teenagers, said on GMA.

"When I met David, he thought I was younger than I was!" she revealed to Life & Style. "He didn't care, though, when he found out my real age."
