A released video shows Joe Giudice smacking a photographer's camera as he was fending off paparazzi on his way to a Newark, N.J., courtroom with his wife on Tuesday.

Paparazzi photographers and reporters surrounded Giudice, 43, and his wife Teresa Giudice, 41, as they made their way into the United States District Court. Annoyed by the crowd around them, NBC filmed Joe smack a photographer's camera that was getting too close to him. In the footage, the camera man says, "Who, easy!" to which Joe fired back, 'You don't have to stick the camera in my face!"

NorthJersey.com reported that after Joe smacked the camera, his attorney Miles Feinstein was overheard telling his client, "Calm down, don't do that." According to the second report, the incident occurred at 8:20 a.m.
