Kanye West is enjoying his new fatherhood role, so much that he even sleeps next to daughter, North West's crib. 

The 36-year-old Yeezus rapper has made headlines for his recent run-ins with paparazzi, but when he's not venting out his frustration from being photographed, he is said to be spending quality time with his new family. 

"[Kanye] told me he one time slept on the floor next to her crib because he just wanted to be that much closer to her," a source said. "I was like 'okay... that's some real father s*** right there.'"

Baby North came into the world five weeks earlier on June 15 and according to sources, the baby is a blessing to Kanye and Kardashian.

"Everything is on the up and up with little North," a source told HollywoodLife. "She's as cute as can be and looks like her mum. She's gorgeous and even though she's not even two months old, Kanye and Kim are still overwhelmed by her presence. They shower her with love."

While Kardashian, 32, has yet to be seen in public, she recently broke her Twitter silence in a blog post, thanking fans for their support. 

"These past couple of weeks have been filled with the most exciting experiences of my life," she said. "I'm enjoying this time to fully embrace motherhood and spend time at home with my family. I've been reading all of your messages and want to thank you all for your sweet thoughts and best wishes."

"It truly means everything to me. I am so blessed to have the support of my family and fans in this beautiful moment. Xo," she added.

Meanwhile, the reality star posted a Keek video attempting to capture a trespasser into Bruce and Jenner's Calabasas home Monday.

Kardashian is not seen in the video, but he voice he heard, starting with, "OK, there is a paparazzi in that snuck into our gated community..."
