Nearly a month after Shana Moakler announced that she was expecting a baby, the "Celebrity Big Brother" star now backtracks from her initial statement, saying the first test was inaccurate and revealed why.

According to a statement obtained by People Magazine, the reality star said she's not pregnant because her initial test turned out to be "false positive."

Her first test was inaccurate because she was taking a hormone called "HCG" to help her with weight loss.

"It is the same hormone that is produced when a woman is pregnant resulting in the false positive," Moakler said.

Despite the failed test, the model told Page Six that having more kids in the future is "not out of the question" for her.

Moakler was previously engaged to Oscar De La Hoya, and they had a daughter named Atiana. Four years later, she tied the knot with Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, and they have two children, 18-year-old Landon and 16-year-old Alabama.

The former Playboy model first shared her positive pregnancy test with the magazine days after her ex-boyfriend, Matthew Rondeau, was arrested for felony domestic violence.

At the time, she said it was a tough week for her, but she's taking everything "day by day."

Shana Moakler Obtained Emergency Protective Order Against Matthew Rondeau

Days after announcing her initial test, OK! Magazine reported that the former "Celebrity Big Brother" star received protection against the actor after claiming that he had abusive behavior.

In early reports, the former couple had a heated altercation where they exchanged screams before the Los Angeles Police Department arrested Rondeau.

According to legal documents obtained by Us Weekly Magazine, the male model reportedly urinated and grabbed Moakler by her face and neck.

The protection order was only valid for seven days, prohibiting the actor from getting close to the former Miss USA within 100 yards to prevent harassment, attack, and more malicious actions.

Rondeau issued a statement through his Instagram live stream, saying he's not a "woman beater" because he loves and respects all women.

The actor also professed his love to Moakler, saying he misses her every second of every day and he wanted to give her more babies since "she wanted more."

"I couldn't have been more happier to be a Father one day," he added.
