Blake Shelton and wife Miranda Lambert have repeatedly reassured fans that their marriage is alive and well but rumors continue to fly that they are embroiled in a jealous back and forth.

As the two country singers head off on separate tour commitments, a source claims that Lambert is making sure that her husband is not up to anything unsavory while away from home.

"Miranda has befriended a lot of the folks on Blake's tour, mostly production staff, and they have promised to be her eyes and ears on the ground," the source said, according to Perez Hilton. "Miranda is actually okay with a little bit of flirting - she does some flirting herself. But she wants to make sure nothing crosses the line, and she has a plan in place to make sure she finds out."

Shelton, however, knows better than to do anything to anger his wife. Anyone who's listened to her music knows she's quite able to take care of any troublemakers in her life.

She's as lovable as can be - until you cross her. She'll go from zero to 100 real quick," Shelton admitted to Men's Journal. "If Miranda has an inkling you're saying something hardass to her, it's gonna be a problem."

Although, if you follow the pairs Twitter feed, the way Shelton interacts with Lambert is proof enough that the country singers probably have a solid marriage.
