Amber Heard is toast after delivering her testimony during the defamation trial with Johnny Depp.

Before last week's showdown ended, Heard shared her statements for days and recalled the times Depp allegedly abused her. During her Thursday testimony, she shared the March 2015 incident, which also became the final nail in the coffin.

The abuse reportedly involved her throwing a can toward Depp and hitting him in the back. The "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor followed her on the staircase.

In the viral video shared on Reddit,  Depp's lawyers looked victorious immediately after the actress mentioned Kate Moss.

"She threw herself in the line of fire," she said, referring to her sister Whitney. "She was trying to get Johnny to stop. Her back was to the staircase, and Johnny swings at her ... I don't hesitate and wait, I instantly think of Kate Moss and stairs."

For what it's worth, Heard claimed that Depp pushed the model down a staircase when they dated in the 1990s.

Heard also mentioned Moss in her statement during the 2020 UK libel trial between Johnny Depp and The Sun. At that time, Depp's lawyer Eleanor Laws countered the claims and said that she never mentioned Moss in any document. Thus, they accused her of making things up as she went along.

Although Depp and Moss had an infamous screaming session in public before they broke up years ago, no reports about the actor being abusive to her ever emerged. The model herself also revealed that she has always been impressed by his kindness, even after they broke up.

Why Mentioning Kate Moss Could Secure Victory for Depp

The reaction of Heard's lawyers to her recent blunder remains unknown. But internet users said that the creation of innuendo that Johnny Depp has a history of abusive behavior only gave way to the actor's lawyers to call the model to testify.

Moss, who has been found of Depp after their split, would likely dismiss Heard's claim and disprove her narrative that he has a history of abuse.

Once she testifies, it would also debunk the "Aquaman" actress' op-ed, which is the biggest part of this case.

In addition, it now allows Depp's team to revisit Heard's past abuses toward her ex-partners. In 2009, the actress was arrested for domestic violence at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport although, years later, Tasya Van Ree said that Heard was wrongfully accused.

Elon Musk might have also been her victim, as the SpaceX mogul appeared to have cuts and bruises under his right eye when he was dating Heard.
