Say what you will about the messy defamation suit between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp, but there has not been a dull moment thus far. Everything from infidelity to substance abuse to a stinky surprise left on his side of their bed; nothing has been off the table.

Thus far, the actress has denied or attempted to explain away most of the accusations levied against her; Unfortunately for Heard, Depp's accusation about her relationship with actor James Franco might be a tough one to deny.

A video has been shown in court of Amber Heard and James Franco riding the elevator of her apartment building the night before she filed for divorce from the Pirates of the Caribbean star, back on May 22, 2016. In the clip, one can plainly see Heard get on the lift with a man wearing a baseball cap, and the footage later reveals the other passenger to be Franco.

Heard accused Depp of becoming abusive with her while on a flight from Boston to Los Angeles in 2014, where he went into a rage and kicked her in the back after suspecting her infidelity - an allegation which Depp has since denied.

According to Heard, on May 21, Depp struck her with a cell phone, leaving a bruise on her face, hit her head with his ringed hand, pulled her hair, and trashed their penthouse. She says she didn't tell the police the whole story because she didn't want the world to know.

Depp is suing his ex-wife for the amount of $50 million, while Heard is counter-suing for $100 million for what she calls "a smear campaign."
