It's official! Rita Ora and Taika Waititi are ready to exchange vows as they are reportedly engaged after more than a year of dating. Sources have also revealed their wedding plans before they say "I do" to each other.

According to Hollywood Life, the couple gave each other "simultaneous" proposals and are currently planning to have a small ceremony.

The U.K. Sun reported that their first wedding would be "low-key," to be followed by a lavish celebration later in the summer.

"This isn't about them doing a big showy thing and crowing about it beforehand. It's just about them being in love and deciding the time is right to formalise their relationship," the insider revealed.

The source clarified that the engagement didn't have the whole traditional "will you marry me" set up, but rather, they got closer and eventually realized that they wanted to spend time with each other for the rest of their lives.

There was also no engagement ring.

"It's actually really romantic and just exactly the way they are together," the insider who claims to be close to the couple added.

Their plan is to get married overseas after working on their current projects. They will only invite some of their closest friends and family members.

Rita Ora is working on film projects while balancing her job as a coach on "The Voice Australia." On the other hand, her film director boyfriend is planning several movies, including a "Star Wars" film.

After marrying abroad, there will be a "big celebration" in London which will feature some of their famous friends.

"There are a few details to iron out, but it's coming soon and it'll be beautifully intimate and perfectly them," the source concluded.

As of this writing, neither of the two stars has confirmed whether the ongoing engagement rumors are true.

According to Cosmopolitan Magazine, Ora first hinted about their relationship in April 2021 when she shared a photo dump on her Instagram account.

Taika Waititi can be seen in the seventh photo.

Following this, reports immediately circulated that the couple had been dating since March 2021. They kept their relationship private, but all of their friends knew about it.

Their relationship became controversial in May after a paparazzi photo leaked showing the couple having a three-way kiss with Tessa Thompson while they were in Sydney, Australia.
