Ivana Trump accomplished her last will before her death, and she included an unexpected name on the list.

This week, Trump passed away unexpectedly after facing deteriorating health for weeks. It was later confirmed that she died of blunt impact injuries to her torso.

Before her death, the former first lady reportedly completed her last will and added her beloved dog, Tiger, to the document.

In a report shared by Radar Online, it was revealed that Donald Trump's ex-wife planned to leave Tiger millions in her will. The dog currently lives with her longtime assistant, Dorothy.

"Tiger was her best friend. She loved that dog. It was always getting under her feet and snapping at everyone but her. Ivana didn't care," a source said. "Tiger was all she had. She died a single woman. Her children were grown up - and she would have been totally alone if not for Tiger. I wouldn't be surprised if she left millions in her will to Tiger."

The news outlet added that people who want to remember Trump's life could make donations to a dog rescue instead of sending flowers. According to an insider, she loved animals more than people before her passing.

How Did Ivana Trump Die?

A senior New York City official from the New York City's Office of the Chief Medical Examiner recently said that her death was a result of blunt impact injuries to her torso. CNBC added that they considered a fall on the stairs that caused the injury.

Trump's death was also considered an accident and not suspicious.

"Having released this determination, OCME will not comment further on the investigation," the spokesperson said.

The confirmation came after New York City Fire Department's paramedics responded to a call about a woman who suffered a cardiac arrest on Thursday, at 12:30 p.m. local time.

They immediately went to the building where she lived. Trump was found unconscious and unresponsive at the bottom of the stairs of her apartment. She was later pronounced dead.

Her close friend, Zach Erdem, told The New York Post, which was later quoted by The Daily Beast, that the former first lady had not been feeling well for weeks leading to her death. The owner of 75 Main had also been unable to get out of her house because of her health issues, including the mobility problem caused by a separate issue with her hip.
