Erika Jayne Confronted With Bad News After Luxurious Hawaii Trip
Erika Jayne had just returned from a luxurious vacation in Hawaii, only to be greeted by something unpleasant.
After landing at the Los Angeles International Airport, the 50-year-old reality personality was issued with a $50 million lawsuit.
Jayne, who was on vacation with co-stars Lisa Rinna and Diana Jenkins, was contacted by a lady at the airport's baggage claim area who gave the documents.
"I just wanted to give you these documents," the lady said Jayne, according to Page Six. "I am serving you with a summons and complaint."
Erika Jayne appeared stunned as she snatched the 60-page paper from her grasp.
After her first-class trip return from Hawaii, she was also dressed casually in sweatpants and sneakers.
The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" actress is accused of nine counts in the latest case, including receiving stolen goods, conspiracy to conduct racketeering, and racketeering.
According to the affidavit, she and her husband Tom Girardi misused client settlement money to show the world how affluent they are and to support their luxury lifestyle to make it appear suited for reality TV.
It went on to say that Jayne's firm, EJ Global, was simply set up to siphon money from Girardi Keese to the reality star.
Jayne was aware of her husband's "plot," in which he allegedly embezzled compensation monies from victims of an airline tragedy, according to Edelson PC.

According to the papers, Erika Jayne continued to showcase her luxurious lifestyle on her program and on social media, "serving as the operation's 'frontwoman.'"
Despite facing many legal issues back home, Jayne lived the high life while on vacation.
According to accounts, she spent five nights at a fantastic Maui property that costs $205,000 per month.
Her and her companions, on the other hand, did not stop there. They were caught drinking champagne while enjoying the Maui sun, when Jayne was seen flaunting her almost $200,000 Cartier ring.
Erika Jayne was observed with a mysterious manwho kissed her farewell at the Maui airport after her marriage with the infamous lawyer ended.
However, this is not the only complaint she has received this year, as Edelson PC filed a second action in April alleging racketeering.
Jayne, on the other hand, was eventually dropped from the complaint.
