Paul Sorvino dealt with so much heartbreak that he took one of his secrets to his grave.

On Monday, Sorvino's wife confirmed his passing at the age of 83. His family did not report his cause of death several news outlets disclosed that he died of natural causes at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida.

His representative, Roger Neal, also told Fox News Digital that he dealt with health issues in the years leading to his death.

After his passing, RadarOnline and more news sites disclosed the secret he had that is related to his daughter, Mira, and embattled Harvey Weinstein.

Per the report, the "Goodfellas" actor once trashed the infamous producer as Mira accused him of sexual misconduct. After discovering it, Sorvino was left extremely angry by the incident.

In an interview with an outlet years ago, Sorvino wished for Weinstein to go to jail instead of waiting to meet him on the street.

"If I meet [Weinstein] on the street - he oughta hope that he goes to jail, because if we come across, I think he'll be lying on the floor, somehow, magically. He's going to go to jail. Oh yeah. That son of a b----. Good for him if he goes, because if not, he has to meet me. And I will kill the motherf---er. Real simple," Sorvino said.

In 2017, the actress opened up numerous times about the inappropriate behavior Weinstein showed.

She wrote, "Why I Spoke Out Against Harvey Weinstein" on TIME after revealing that she was sexually harassed by the filmmaker. She also shared the same information in an interview with The New Yorker.

Per Mira, Weinstein massaged her shoulders and made her very uncomfortable. The disgraced filmmaker also reportedly chased her around to get more physical.

Two directors came forward and supported Mira's claims, saying that Weinstein warned her that he could derail her career.

Harvey Weinstein Defended Himself

After Mira broke her silence, Weinstein's representative sent a statement to Entertainment Weekly and said that "that was not the case."

"As recently as this year, Mira Sorvino called Mr. Weinstein and asked if her husband could be part of the SEAL television series [Six] he was producing and Mr. Weinstein cast him; when Christopher Backus received a better offer, Mr. Weinstein allowed him to amicably break his contract to pursue the opportunity," it said.

In March 2020, Weinstein was sentenced to 23 years imprisonment.
