Are Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, co-stars on "The Morning Show," feuding?

According to Star magazine (via OK), their relationship is presently strained because the "Legally Blonde" actress received an Emmy nomination for the program but her co-star did not.

Reese Witherspoon was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress In A Drama Series for her role as Bradley Jackson on "The Morning Show."

According to the magazine, the "Friends" star's staff is discreetly advising people that she is not attempting to seek a nomination this year and is pleased for Witherspoon.

Despite being nominated for the show in 2020, Aniston is upset behind closed doors, according to sources.

"She's angry privately and is really humiliated," a person close to Aniston claimed.

Despite their past as sisters in the iconic 90s comedy and as co-anchors in their current program, Aniston and Witherspoon have not been the greatest of friends.

"They're both professional, but there's a lot of eye-rolling," the insider said of their current relationship on the program.

Another insider described the award ceremony conversation as follows: "It's revealing that [Aniston's] buddies think Zendaya will win. It smells like sour grapes."

However, there is no evidence that Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon's relationship has reached a rocky patch, so take this rumor with a grain of salt.

In fact, Aniston posted a behind-the-scenes video of Witherspoon on her 46th birthday in March.

As their relationship spanned decades, the "We Are The Millers" actress shared a touching sequence of throwbacks and videos of them over the years.

Aniston's social media post begins with the two of them on "The Morning Show" in character, with Witherspoon in distress as Aniston points out something, and the latter's former co-stars Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt Le Blan, and David Schwimmer in the background.

"My little sister > co-anchor > partner in crime," Aniston captioned the post.

The video then shows Aniston filming the set of "The Morning Show," and when her camera approaches Witherspoon, she says, "Reese, be my valentine," to which the latter responds by blowing her a kiss.

During that time, fans couldn't stop gushing about their love, with many individuals sending out congratulatory notes in response to Jennifer Aniston's heartfelt birthday greeting.

One fan is envious of the two stars' connection, while another believes Aniston and Witherspoon are "the finest pair there is."
