After 25 years of marriage, Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin have decided to divorce.

Their divorce, however, is a true Hollywood scandal, as a former worker for the pair disclosed unsettling revelations that their split was not a surprise to them.

While the 76-year-old veteran actor played an ordinary Joe in the "Rocky" films, he was reputedly a "miserly slave driver" in real life, according to five of his former employees.

According to their complaint as seen by Radar Online, Sylvester and "nasty" Jennifer treated their lavish estate like a jail, abusing their staff and paying them a fraction of what they owed.

Maria Vivanco, an owner of a Florida angecy that supplied staff for the Stallones, claimed that the actor is a "real-life Scrooge." Sylvester, she alleged, "abused and degraded" all staff and was a "disgusting, ugly, uneducated egomaniac." His wife, on the other hand, was "always unpleasant."

Years after they married, she worked for the couple at their Miami house.

According to court documents obtained by the publication, Maria was merely one of the family's five employees.

They stated that Sylvester Stallone was so cruel that he told his staff not to make eye contact with him and even told them to leave the room as soon as he walked in.

The hired personnel claimed, the "Rambo: Last Blood" actor forced the team to carry their own food and drink for meal breaks and was not permitted to use their plates. He even made them beg for his permission to go to the restroom.

Sylvester also allegedly asked his employees to search the bags of his celebrity guests who visited his house to ensure they did not remove any of his things, such as towels.

Furthermore, Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin are said to have fed his dogs leftover prime rib, steak, ham, and chicken in front of his hungry staff.

They allegedly humiliated them further by demanding that they be searched when they entered and exited their mansion.

Another employee was allegedly sacked after being found eating leftovers.

When Maria initially discovered that she would be working for Sylvester and his family, she believed it was a dream come true.

She was allegedly overjoyed when singer Gloria Estefan suggested them to the family, especially because they would be working for a celebrity.

Unfortunately, it was a "nightmare, with all its secrets and regulations," and Sylvester Stallone's house was dubbed "Emperor's Commandments."

Jennifer's order that no one talk to her mother-in-law, Jackie Stallone, was an unusual regulation they had to observe.

Jennifer apparently said that her mother-in-law was a jerk. The workers, however, couldn't ignore Jackie because she was called "never polite."

Staff workers were sacked on fabricated theft accusations after allegedly receiving a Christmas present from Jackie.

Maria Vivanco claimed she remained silent because Jennifer threatened to destroy her company. But it wasn't until 1999 that she came out and filed the complaint, alleging that they were treated worse than dogs.

"Everyone should know what Sylvester Stallone did to us," Maria stated, despite the fact that a lawyer for the star and his wife maintained, "These individuals were hired for 15 days. They were fired after 10!"
