According to HLNTV, two audio-video technicians, Eugene Stachurski and Benjamin Crews, were working on the singer's sound equipment when they heard the cries. They ran to the pool, pulled the child out and performed CPR on Usher V.

"Mr. Eugene Stachurski and Mr. Benjamin Crews ran to the pool with the attempts to pull the victim from the pool drain at which time Mr. Stachurski administered CPR to the victim," read the police report obtained by the news outlet. "Mr. Eugene Stachurski was successful in reviving the victim."

Usher V was immediately rushed to an Atlanta hospital and is currently in intensive care. He is expected to recover.

The scary incident was heard out during an emergency 911 call. Listen to the frantic call made by Oden below.

TMZ reported Tuesday that Tameka Raymond, Usher's ex-wife, filed a request for an emergency hearing in Fulton County, Ga. She is asking that the local court reverse a 2012 decision where Usher was awarded primary custody of their two sons. According to the report, Tameka is primarily upset with Oden. She claims that the aunt once let a stalker in the house while the singer and their two sons were at his house and she is "too physical" when she disciplines. Tameka also said that the singer is away from his children 85% of each month.

This is not the first accident involving water for the chart-topping singer. Usher's stepson, Kile Glover, was taken off of life support in July of 2012 following a tragic ski accident in Atlanta.

Enstars reported that Glover, 11, was struck in the head by a jet ski while riding an inner tube with a 15-year-old female friend in Lake Lanie in Atlanta. Glover and the unidentified 15-year-old were both taken by helicopter to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston following the tragic accident. Kile was declared brain dead while the 15-year-old suffered from a broken arm and a cut on her head. Kile was the biological son of Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster and Atlanta television executive Ryan Glover.

Prior to the accident, Usher and Foster were in the middle of a legal custody over their two biological children. The OMG singer was later awarded sole custody. He talked about the tragic news, divorce and custody battle in an exclusive interview with Oprah Winfrey's Next Chapter in September of 2012.
