Meghan Markle was recently featured in Variety, where she discussed different topics, including some myths about her.

The magazine released the newest interview earlier this week, although it was supposedly recorded twice.

The Duchess of Sussex opted to re-record her explosive interview with Varietybecause it was apparently done right before Queen Elizabeth II's death, and she wanted to pay her respects.

After the former monarch died on Sept. 8, the 41-year-old mother of two lauded her "warmth" and "leadership," but she said nothing about other members of the royal family, including her in-laws.

The second interview was said to be made to prevent distraction after the late monarch's death, per the Daily Mail.

According to Variety, Meghan Markle consented to "sit again" after returning to the United States following Queen Elizabeth II's burial because the photoshoot and video call took place eight days before her death.

According to the report, the former "Suits" star "stopped birthday revelers in their tracks" when she arrived at a ranch in Santa Barbara before traveling to London with her husband, Prince Harry, for their tour of US projects.

However, Queen Elizabeth II died within 24 hours of Meghan's journey to Germany, and Variety stated that Meghan wanted to "sit again for a lengthy chat about her route to the present."

Writer Matt Donnelly wrote, "She worries that any comments about the Queen or her in-laws will be 'a distraction' from continued mourning, but presses on to celebrate the icon."

Revelations From Meghan Markle Variety Interview

During the Duchess of Sussex's extensive interview, it was revealed that Meghan Markle has retired from acting but would still assist someone who would play her in a film. She also wouldn't want to discourage her children, Lilibet and Archie, from pursuing an acting career like herself.

Meghan discussed how things are progressing in her new life with Prince Harry. She revealed that after getting their children dressed in the morning, they both work in the same office.

When they are not participating in Zoom sessions, they "commute" to Los Angeles and occasionally visit an In-N-Out burger drive-thru where the employees remember their order.

Meghan claimed that following their shocking appearance with Oprah Winfrey, she received "warmth" from her friends, who comforted her.

"Never underestimate the power of sisterhood and female solidarity."

When Queen Elizabeth II died, the Duchess of Sussex said she was grateful to be with and support her husband, Prince Harry.

"In big moments in life, you get a lot of perspective. It makes you wonder what you want to focus your energy on. Right now, we feel energized and excited about all of the things we've been building toward."
