Ivanka Trump Allegedly Had Plastic Surgery: 'They Did A Very Good Job,' Says Doctor

Two plastic surgeons believe Ivanka Trump had some work done on her face.

Amid the cosmetic surgery rumors surrounding Ivanka for years, the 42-year-old's recent courtroom appearance at her father Donald Trump's $250 million fraud trial in New York City reignited speculation about her facial transformation.

In an interview with the Daily Express U.S., Dr. Sergio Alvarez, CEO of Mia Aesthetics, claimed he noticed adjustments to Ivanka's nose and chin in the new photos and videos of the businesswoman entering the courtroom Wednesday to testify at her father's trial.

The board-certified plastic surgeon claimed that "where there used to be a bump [on her nose], it is now turned upwards."

He also pointed out that Ivanka's chin has become more "prominent," which he suggested could be due to filler or implant procedures.

"The marks could have been surgical intervention, not just fillers, but they did a very good job of doing procedures appropriate to her age because people think with age everything sags, but you also get loss of fat, especially in the critical aspects of the face," Dr. Alvarez explained.

Alvarez also discussed the possibility of buccal fat removal, a procedure that enhances cheek prominence.

The doctor went on to suggest that a "good plastic surgeon" might have helped the former White House adviser achieve a natural look.

"It takes a good plastic surgeon and a good patient as well," concluded the doctor.

Dr. Alexander Z. Rivkin, founder of Rivkin Aesthetics, joined the discussion, telling the Daily Mail that Ivanka's face appears "better proportioned" but "less natural."

He suggested enhancements to her lips, chin, jaw and nose, indicating potential filler or implant usage.

Rivkin noted changes in Ivanka's chin and jaw, highlighting what he believes is over-enhancement. He also commented on alterations to the tip of her nose, suggesting a non-surgical rhinoplasty with filler.

Additionally, Rivkin discussed enhancements to Ivanka's cheeks and forehead, indicating potential filler usage.

The doctor also suggested that Ivanka might have had procedures to remove her fine lines.

"The fine lines that she had under her eyes are now gone. She could have had energy treatments such as laser or radiofrequency done to tighten her skin, or she could have had a surgical blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery)," he added.

The surgeons were not the only ones to comment on Ivanka's seemingly changing appearance.

"How is it possible that this is the same person?" one person wrote on X, formerly Twitter, alongside a photo of Ivanka as a teen and a more recent snap of her.

Despite the speculation, an unnamed source insisted to the Daily Mail that suggestions of Ivanka's facial transformation being anything other than natural were "totally false."
