American actress Jennifer Lawrence handled a wardrobe malfunction like a pro while delivering a speech at the Saks Fifth Avenue holiday lighting ceremony.

On Monday, the "The Hunger Games" star was about to give a speech to introduce the Saks Fifth Avenue and Christian Dior holiday window display when her belt popped off and fell to the ground.

Lawrence laughed it off and said, "I'm sorry that was so loud. My belt popped off!" She then went on with her speech. Together with the CEOs of Saks Fifth Avenue and Christian Dior, Marc Metrick and Delphine Arnault, respectively, she introduced the awaited unveiling of the "Dior Carousel of Dreams at Saks."

A video showing Lawrence's minor wardrobe malfunction at the event was first posted by Mary Coshea of WWD on Instagram.

"She always gets stuck with the awkward moments," one user commented on the clip. A second user quipped, "Never 'waist' a moment!"

"I love her, she's so funny," wrote another. A fourth user said, "I love her for always being a class act."

"Chaotic! Haha. But Jen is too sweet and funny," said one fan, while another commented, "The honking made it even more funny."

One netizen also praised how she handled the wardrobe malfunction, saying, "If she didn't gesture it, I wouldn't have caught it."

Meanwhile, one user asked, "How does that even happen?"

For the event, Lawrence wore a black and white Dior outfit. She has been an ambassador for the luxury brand since 2012.

It reportedly took 100 artisans, 10 months of planning and 300,000 LED lights that span the 10-story Manhattan building to make the lighting event happen. This involved designing and manufacturing the items in Italy and flying them to New York.

In other news, the belt malfunction isn't the first "klutzy" moment for Lawrence. In 2013, she tripped on the stairs while on her way to the stage to collect her Best Actress award for her role as Tiffany in the 2012 film "Silver Linings Playbook."

In 2014, Lawrence fell again. This time, on the Oscars red carpet. She was wearing a red Dior dress at the time and just laughed off what happened.
