Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice took to Twitter to deny the latest allegations made against her and her husband regarding their federal charges.

According to a 39-count indictment, Teresa and her husband Joe Giudice were charged with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. If convicted, they could each face a maximum prison sentence of 20 or 30 years, according to E! Online. Each were released on $500,000 bond at their hearing on July 30 and since then reports surfaced claiming that the couple cannot leave New York or New Jersey before their next court hearing on Aug. 14. Media outlets also said they were forced to surrender their passports during their court appearance in late July.

Teresa said the claims are not entirely true.

"About me not being able to leave NJ & NY don't believe the rumors out there. Most things people saying just aren't true," she wrote on the social media site Tuesday.

"I'll be at Pangea in Hollywood, FL this Saturday...come say hello!" she posted. "Juicy Joe will be going with me."

"See you in Florida," she added.

Teresa will still film the Real Housewives of New Jersey season 5 reunion special despite battling federal charges brought against her and her husband, according to In Touch Weekly. Giudice will appear on the reunion and be interviewed by Bravo TV personality Andy Cohen along with her fellow cast members Caroline Manzo, Melissa Gorga, Kathy Wakile and Jacqueline Laurita. Bravo is halfway through with airing season 5 of the reality series. The reunion will air in September.

"Teresa has no plans to stop filming," a source told the magazine, saying specifically about the seaosn 5 reunion special, "She would never miss it."

The Housewives stars will not be able to discuss what is going on with the Giudices at the reunion because of the nature of Teresa's charges, the source added.

"It will have to stick to show drama. She's putting on a face because she doesn't want anyone, especially Melissa, to see her sweat."

If the show follows its usual schedule, filming for season 6 will reportedly begin in November.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
