An eagle-eyed comedian took to his Instagram account to share his speculation that Chandler Bing and Monica Geller from the American TV sitcom "Friends" might have moved into the McCallister's house from the 1990 family film "Home Alone."

In an Instagram reel he posted on Christmas Day, comedian and TikTok star Scott Westwood shared an observation he noticed that seemingly depicted a crossover between the sitcom and the movie.

Westwood based his speculation on the view seen outside the house of Chandler and Monica -- the Bings.

"So this is Chandler and Monica's house. And you see here this house with the garage? Well doesn't it look familiar?" he said, showing the garage door and gray house of the McCallisters' neighbors -- the Murphys.

He continued, "And if you want further proof: what's next to the Murphys' house? The house with the wreath. There you go, I've just paused it so you can see a little bit better. There's the wreath."

"And what do we find opposite the McCallisters' house? The house with the wreath on the door!"

After sharing his observation, Westwood ended his video with, "Do what you will with that information. Merry Christmas!"

Westwood's post sparked numerous reactions from Instagram users, including art director Daren Janes, who happened to have worked on "Friends."

"This is hilarious. I was the art director on 'Friends,' and the house was a set. The actors walked in the front door, so we saw outside," he wrote.

Janes continued, "We used the backing from a company called Pacific Studios, which was made for 'Home Alone' because it looked the best through the door and windows."

"Great eye, my friend," he praised Westwood's observation skills.Meanwhile, one Instagram user quipped, "I didn't know a marketing trainee and a chef could afford a mansion."

Another joked, "The Bings should have adopted Kevin and saved him from his abusive family."

Someone else said, "So [are] you guys still thinking that all behind the movie's windows [are] real?"

Before the art director's revelation, others commented that Westwood's speculation was impossible because the McCallisters' house was in Chicago while The Bings lived in New York.
