Beyonce's former Destiny's Child bandmate Kelly Rowland reacted to the Love on Top singer's new short pixie haircut.

Rowland told TMZ on Thursday that the mother-of-one can make any changes to her hair and people will always like it. The X Factor judge also  was honest in saying that Beyonce's new look isn't revolutionary or trendsetting. 

"Beyonce can have a strand of hair on her head and still be fine," Rowland, 31, told the gossip site as she was leaving Madeo restaurant in Los Angeles.

"We have been rocking short haircuts since the beginning of time. We all got it from somebody," she said without mentioning who Beyonce's inspiration for her dramatic chop. "[And] somebody got something off of somebody so.."

When Rowland was asked if the pixie haircut is a look that all women can pull off, she replied, "You know what? I think it's up to a woman to wear a cut, not for the cut to wear a woman."

Enstars reported on Thursday that the Halo singer showed off her new blonde pixie cut on Instagram late Wednesday night. The Houston native revealed her bold, new look two days after she just finished the summer leg of The Mrs. Carter World Tour in Brooklyn, N.Y. It is considered the most dramatic look in the singer's career.
