Political commentator Candace Owens did not hold back while sharing her opinion about the Duchess of Sussex this week.

In an interview with Nigel Farage on "GBN America," the "Daily Wire" host dubbed Meghan Markle the "Princess of BLM (Black Lives Matter)" and claimed that she subjected her husband, Prince Harry, to her manipulation.

"She wasn't a very good actress, and so she figured out how to maneuver that by marrying a Prince who is just not as intelligent as her. He's not reading the situation as clearly as other people," Owens claimed.

She continued, "He has been subjected to her manipulation. It's really important why their story became so big. The Black Lives Matter movement, which was very big at that time, before people understood what they were advocating for was Marxist principles."

Owens, a known critic of the BLM movement, claimed that "the breakdown of [the] family" is one of the biggest principles of Marxism.

"Black Lives Matter, on their charter, stated they wanted to deconstruct the nuclear family. Well, Meghan Markle wanted to deconstruct a family, didn't she?" she quipped.

The commentator added, "And she was going to pretend that it was for something noble. Racism. It wasn't. So it was really because she wanted fame, and she wanted wealth. And I don't want to say Prince Harry wasn't an unwitting participant."

The #Blexit founder also claimed that Prince Harry "is not as smart" as his wife.

In October 2020, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex kicked off Black History Month in the U.K. by speaking about the impact of the BLM movement in the United States and around the world.

The couple also recognized Black British "trailblazers" who made a positive and lasting impact on British culture. They included Danielle Oreoluwa Jinadu, Henry Stone and Liv Little.

"We cannot change history, nor can we edit our past. But we can define our future as one that is inclusive, as one that is equal, and one that is colorful," the couple said at the time, per The Guardian.

Meanwhile, Owens also shared her opinion on Prince Harry and Markle's decision to step back from their royal duties in January 2020.

"I knew that they would end up in LA because that was Meghan's dream. Her dream was to be an A-lister, and she was unable to make it to those A-list parties based on her own merit as an actress," Owens told Farage.
