Frustrated with the sinister incident, Senator Tommy Tuberville took to X, formally known as Twitter, to cite his grievance with the Biden administration's immigration policies.

"This is Pablo Mendoza," Tuberville, 69, began. "He is an illegal alien who was just arrested in South Alabama for raping a mentally incapacitated 14 year old girl."

"@JoeBiden is aiding and abetting these monsters," he concluded, directly mentioning the democratic president.

The migrant crisis in the United States continues on, even at the border in El Paso, Texas.

In a chaotic scene, hundreds of migrants stormed the border in an attempt to illegally enter the United States, knocking over officials and overwhelming border security.

In addition to an influx of migrants which sources from the border are calling a "spring surge", the "right to shelter" policy has also recently been tossed in the state of New York.

In a new settlement, shelters are now able to mandate that migrants leave their facility after 30 days and reapply, along with case management to aid the transition.
