Robert Pattinson was spotted with his new BFF Michelle Rodriguez and "flirting" with another woman not long after he was seen outside of his ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart's home.

The Pattinson and Rodriguez hangout was spotted by an eyewitness in Los Angeles at the Sundance Institute's smaller film festival titled, Next Weekend, on August 10.

Several of Pattinson's fans shared the news on Twitter. One wrote on the social media site that the British hunk was being a gentleman-- he was seen lighting up the actress' cigarette for her.

"[NBA player] Baron Davis  just told me my shoes were cool, Rob Pattinson is lighting a cigarette for Michelle Rodriguez and [director] Mark Borchardt is wearing a Milwaukee hat," one Twitter user posted, according to Hollywood Life, who published the report on Aug. 11.

A second Twitter followerer reported seeing Pattinson "flirting" with another woman.

"I am at a house party in the Hollywood Hills. Robert Pattinson is flirting in the kitchen," the second fan wrote.

A third Twitter user shared a photo of what appears to be Pattinson. He is seen chatting with who appears to be Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke, according to the report.

Enstars reported that Pattinson was first seen at a party with the Fast & Furious actress in July. The pair attended what sources called a "homecoming" for the actor following his return from Toronto, where he was filming Maps to the Stars. They were together at the famed celebrity hotspot Chateau Marmont.

Eyewitness Brianna Morelli shared the spotting on Twitter: "To all Robert Pattinson fandom yes it was at Chateau & yes he was dining w/ friends & Michelle eventually joined them."

The fan wrote another tweet where she revealed how good Pattinson looked that night: "Oh michelle rodriguez and robert pattinson are here sup buddies but damn let me tell u that piece of white chocolate can rock a beanie,"  

Recording artist Tasya Van Ree  shared a photo of herself posed with Rodriguez. In the picture Pattinson is seen sitting behind them sitting on a bar stool. Van Ree  captioned the black and white photo "Gallivanting," and shared it on Twitter and her official Facebook page.
