Taylor Swift's new album, "The Tortured Poets Department," is not out until Friday, but it has been allegedly leaked on social media before its release.

A Google Drive link containing the allegedly leaked album was posted by different accounts online, especially on X, formerly Twitter. It has 17 different songs, the same number of tracks Swift announced for her upcoming record.

Some Swifties argued that the allegedly leaked songs were AI-created while some believed the album was real, so it was illegally downloaded 174,000 times, per Taylor Swift Charts.

"Guys, the leaks are AI because this is all for the 'Reputation' (TV) rollout... It's fake guys. It's all part of the plan," one netizen claimed.

"The 'Tortured Poets Department' album did NOT leak. Someone made a compilation of AI-generated Taylor Swift-like songs," said someone else.

Meanwhile, the majority of the "1989" artist's fans encouraged others not to engage with the accounts that spread the alleged leaks and report them instead.

"If you happen to come across 'TTPD' leaks, please just block and report the account that's responsible for sharing them. If we were able to wait over two months for this album, we might as well just wait one more day," tweeted one Swiftie.

"If you are listening to 'The Tortured Poets Department' before it officially drops, you are not a real fan. A real fan respects Taylor's work, and this is massively disrespectful," opined another supporter.

Some Swifties also used their creativity to counter people intentionally looking for the alleged leaked album.

"Stop spreading leaks around. If you see a leak, don't interact with it and just REPORT it. If you interact with them, they get a boost from the [algorithm], and more people will get to see it," one fan posted, disguising the message as "new TTPD lyrics."

The alleged leak surfaced online after Taylor revealed "The TTPD Timetable" on her Instagram page via a reel.

In the reel, she announced that the music video for her album will be released on Friday at 8 p.m. ET.

Although Enstarz could not verify the alleged leak, it was not the first time the multi-Grammy-awarded singer saw one of her albums get leaked online ahead of its official release.

In 2017, her sixth album, "Reputation," was reportedly leaked online about 12 hours before its official release in the U.S.
