According to TMZ, the rapper, who now goes by the moniker Ye, is accused of punching a man in the face on Tuesday. The outlet reports the alleged punch may have stemmed from the man pushing or grabbing West's wife Bianca Censori.

"'Grabbed' is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened. Bianca was physically assaulted," Milo Yiannopoulos, Yeezy's chief of staff, said in a statement to Fox-11. "The assailant didn't merely collide into her. He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses."

"She was battered and sexually assaulted," Yiannopoulos said.

The man, whose identity has not been released, did not need an ambulance or medical treatment after the alleged assault, TMZ reports.

The Chicago native has not been formally charged, and neither has the man who claims the rapper assaulted him.

Although the LAPD did not confirm Ye's direct involvement, they did however share in a report that a man allegedly punched another man multiple times at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood. André Balazs' Chateau Marmont features luxury bungalows and suites reminiscent of old Hollywood and is a celebrity hotspot.

This isn't the first time "Donda" artist has been suspected of battery.

In January 2022, West, 46, was sued for assault, battery, and negligence after he allegedly punched Justin Poplawski.

Poplawski claimed he was waiting outside a hotel to get West's autograph when the Grammy Award winner allegedly told him to "Go the f**k [out of] here before I beat you the f**k up," according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

The alleged incident was initially investigated, but the rapper was not charged after the LA City Attorney's Office decided there was "no reasonable likelihood of conviction."

West and Censori, 29, married in December 2020. Censori often goes viral for her bold fashion choices, including wearing tights as pants or walking shoeless at Disney.
