Jennifer Aniston is ready to share everything about her life, from her previous marriage to Brad Pitt and more, in her new memoir, according to a source.

The "Friends" alum was initially reluctant to publish a book about her life. In 2021, when asked if she would write a memoir just like her character on "The Morning Show," Aniston said "nope" because she was still "living it." However, that changed a year later when she reportedly said, "I'm going to do that one day." And this could be happening sooner rather than later, according to In Touch.

"Jen is finally ready to tell all," an unnamed source told In Touch, noting that she was inspired by her late "Friends" co-star Matthew Perry. "She realized life is short, so why not do it now?"

Aniston has practiced daily gratitude journaling for years, and she "is going to do it right -- nothing is off-limits," according to the source who had a first look at her manuscript. The tipster also teased that the memoir contains "secrets she's never told."

One of the subjects in Aniston's rumored memoir is her previous relationship with her ex-husband, Pitt. The "Cake" actress is reportedly aware that many want to hear her side of the story.

"Jen knows people want to hear all about her love affair with Brad and the truth about their divorce, especially since Brad and Angelina have now split and Jen and Brad have reconnected," the tipster claimed.

Aniston and Pitt married in 2000 and divorced five years later. Shortly after their split, Pitt was spotted out and about with Angelina Jolie. There were rumors that Pitt and Jolie started a romance while filming their 2005 action-comedy movie "Mr. & Mrs. Smith."

Aniston previously said that she was as "shocked" as the world when Pitt was seen with Jolie shortly after their separation, even noting that there was "a sensitivity chip that's missing" in her ex.

Nevertheless, Pitt and Aniston have remained good friends despite their split. The exes had a friendly run-in when they met at the SAG Awards in 2020.

"Brad and I are buddies," Aniston explained. "Like, we're friends and we speak."

Aside from writing about her first marriage, Aniston will also reportedly share her surgery experiences. The "Murder Mystery" actress previously revealed having a nose job and trying "injections."

Her rep told Us Weekly in 2018 that she did the surgery to "correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago." The insider claimed that she would "write about plastic surgery and her path to self-acceptance, as well."

The main theme of Aniston's book is sharing the lessons she has learned in life. The actress reportedly wants to write about how she has thrived under an intense spotlight for nearly three decades.

"She's learned some valuable lessons and wants to share them," the tipster said.

"She'll obviously write about skyrocketing to fame on 'Friends' and how she's managed a few feuds with other celebrities over the years. But her secret to staying sane through all of her ups and downs is that she surrounds herself with a tight circle of ride-or-die friends."
