Khloe Kardashian reportedly filed for divorce from her husband Lamar Odom.

Media Takeout reported on Tuesday that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star filed a petition in Los Angeles on Monday. According to an "extremely reliable insider," she wants to end her marriage to the famed NBA player after two mistresses claimed to have an affair with him. The report claims that Kardashian might make her announcement in the upcoming issue of People magazine.

Gossipcop reported later reported on Aug. 13 that MediaTakeout's story is false. The website wrote that a "source close to the situation" said the story is "not true" and that Kardashian "didn't file anything."

The news comes on the heels of a Star magazine report that Polina Polonsky said she met Odom the same night as Kim Kardashian's baby shower. Radar Online published excerpts from Polinsky's interview.

"Lamar and I have known each other for a long time, but June 2 was the first time we really hung out," Polonsky reportedly told Star.

She said she was under the impression that Odom was separated from his reality star because he acted "completely available." Odom was staying at the Roosevelt Hotel, Polonsky said, and she stayed with him there for several nights after they first became intimate at her home. 

"After we had sex, Lamar stayed the night with me; the next day we went back to the Roosevelt," Polonsky revealed. "I stayed there with him for the next couple of nights," she adds. "On June 17, I stayed at my place alone. And then, the next day, I went back and stayed with Lamar at the hotel until June 21."

Khloe eventually found out about the affair, Polonsky revealed. She claims Khloe confronted her while she was with Odom at a hotel. At the time, the Khloe & Lamar star showed "a serious dark side to her," according to the report.

Polonsky said she came forward to share the ordeal because people need to know about Khloe's "violent and vindictive personality," she explained, adding, "Especially all of the young fans who look up to her."
