Details from part 2 of Breaking Bad's season 5 may hint that Jessie Pinkman could make his exit from the show in this season's third episode.

In AMC's synopses for the eight episodes in part 2 of season 5, Jessie is featured in the first three, but he is absent in the descriptions for the last 5 episodes. And the description for episode 3, the last one for which Jessie is featured in the synopsis, offers a subtle hint that Walt's right hand man is heading down a different path.

"Jessie decides to make a change, while Walt and Skyler try to deal with an unexpected demand," the synopsis reads.

Now whether this "change" will result in Jesse's demise depends on the nature of the "change." Fans of the show wouldn't be surprised if Jessie decides to distance himself from Walt in light of their wavering, yet resilient, relationship history.

Jessie has remained loyal to Walt through several adverse situations, and vice versa. But Jessie has always struggled with the violent aspect of his criminal enterprise with Walt. In episode 1 of the new season, titled Blood Money, he confronts Walt about their former associate Mike's death. Jessie suspects Walt killed Mike, which he did, and when Walt denies the claim, it does little to sway his sidekick's suspicions.

Though Jessie has contemplated a split from Walt and has done so temporarily in the past, a permanent separation seems inevitable. Jessie's dismay with Walt and anything associated with the drug business seems to be at an all-time high, as evidenced by a scene from Blood Money in which he tries to give a substantial amount of his drug money to Mike's granddaughter. When Walt dissuades him from doing so, he tosses wads of the cash out the window of his car while driving.

If Hank, who is now aware of Walt's criminal enterprise, gets a hold of Jessie in his current state, there's not telling what Jessie may say or do, and consequently if Walt suspects that Jessie may turn on him, there's not telling what he will do to quiet Jessie.

Other theories circulating the web also point to Jessie's death.
