Bethenny Frankel is putting the final touches on her upcoming talk show and isn't letting anyone get in the way.

Despite her custody battle looming on the sidelines, Frankel is "diving headfirst into her work," a source told EnStarz.

The Skinnygirl mogul, whose self-titled talk show debuts September 9, is gearing up to bring her fans a fun and interactive show. This week, Frankel was spotted helping put up the bright pink awning outside the show's New York City studio.

"The awning is going up! I can't believe it!" the talk show host wrote on Twitter on Aug. 16.

"This show is very important to her. She has worked so hard to get to this point in her life and refuses to let her personal life get in the way," a source told EnStarz."This show is a release for her. She's happy when she's here."

Off set, the divorce drama between Frankel and Hoppy is heating up. The couple, who called off their nearly two-and-half year marriage, continue to cohabitate in their 3,400-square-foot Tribeca loft, which is leading to a lot of tension between the pair.

Despite being asked by the Skinnygirl mogul to move out of their luxury condo, Hoppy "refuses to leave," a friend of the couple told EnStarz. "In the past, Jason let Bethenny walk all over him, but now he is putting his foot down and not backing down."

"Jason is only staying there because he wants to be close to [their three-year-old daughter] Bryn, but it is making for a hostile home environment," the source added.

Living on completely different sides of the apartment, the duo try not to interact, but apparently they came to blows earlier this month when Frankel tried to film her talk show at their loft. The reality star was filming scenes for Bethenny in their shared $5 million New York City condo when Hoppy tried to shut down production, according to reports.

The former couple willingly filmed scenes for their Bravo series Bethenny Ever After when they were together, but this time Hoppy did not agree to filming taking place in the condo partly his.

"Jason tried to stop the taping. He freaked out and snapped at everyone," an eyewitness reportedly told Us Weekly about the filming with about two dozen crew members. "Bethenny had to move the shoot to her bedroom."

In May, Frankel opened up about her living situation. "My living situation is very, very stressful," she told PEOPLE. "I don't think it's very healthy for anyone involved. It's very upsetting. You just have to endure it."

The couple married in 2010 while Frankel was pregnant with Bryn. Their wedding, and planning leading up to it, was aired on the Bravo spin-off series Bethenny Getting Married.

Frankel filed for divorce in January 2013. While there is an iron-clad prenup in place regarding Frankel's reported $100 million fortune, Hoppy is currently seeking child support and primary custody of their daughter Bryn.

"Because of Bryn, I can never say, 'I wish this had never happened,'" she explained. "I have a beautiful child who I love so much, who is a part of both of us. In my marriage, I made a mistake. It is what it is. I made the wrong choice. But I do have my daughter, who is so beautiful and amazing in every way."
