TV host and cancer survivor Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill Rancic are having a baby, they announced Monday on the "Today" show (Watch the clip below).

The baby is due later this summer and will be born via a gestational carrier.

"We are finally having a baby! Finally!" Giuliana announced on the show. "It's incredible we've been trying for so long and we went through so much...and to finally get that call from the doctor that you're pregnant or you're having a baby (I'm not quite pregnant)...it was just another world."

"It's our embrio and we are using a gestational carrier to bring it to term," Bill explained."The prayers were answered and we want to thank all the folks who watched the show and have been praying for us."

The couple co-star in the reality show "Giuliana & Bill" broadcast on the Style Network.

The show has followed their fertility issues as well as Giuliana's recent battle with breast cancer.

Last October Giuliana announced she was diagnosed with breast cancer and later underwent a double mastectomy.
