Kylie Jenner and Jaden Smith reunited again at her second Sweet 16 birthday party, which featured a surprise performance by Drake.

Jenner's mother and father, Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner, threw their youngest daughter a lavish birthday party with an Alice in Wonderland theme on Saturday. The event was held at the AT&T Center in Los Angeles on Aug. 17. Perez Hilton reports that Kylie asked her guests to send gifts to the Children's Hospital Los Angeles instead of to her directly. 

Kylie's friend Jaden Smith and his sister Willow Smith were snapped by paparazzi when they arrived at AT&T Center. (See the photos of Jaden and Willow here.)

Kylie shared two photos on her official Instagram account of Drake sending her birthday wishes with hugs and kisses. Her family and friends also posted pictures of the No New Friends rapper performing on stage for a surprise performance.

Drake's buddy Big Sean hit the stage along with Young Money rapper Tyga and Hailee Stanfield, according to multiple reports. Big Sean's girlfriend, Glee actress Naya Rivera, Kylie's older sisters Kourtney, Khloe and Kris were also in attendance, but Kim Kardashian did not attend.

Kylie shared a thank you message on Instagram on Sunday.

"Thank u to everyone who came to my party and making my night so special - HAD THE BESTTT NIGHTTT," she wrote adding, "DRAKE & BIG SEAN what?! Thank you guys so much xx." 

Her mother Kris also posted a photo of Drake kissing Kylie on the cheek with the caption that suggested Kim's boyfriend Kanye West arranged the surprise performance.

"Wow wow what an amazing night - I hope you had the most wonderful birthday! Thank you Drake AKA @champagnepapi @bigsean for the surprise performances!! #loveyoukanye" 

Kim shared a selfie of herself on Instagram but did not reveal if she was the party or not. According to Life & Style, Kim and West were in Oklahoma with their baby North to attend a funeral for the rapper's grandfather.

Jaden's attendance debunked the rumors that he severed romantic ties with Kylie after she was spotted out with Lil' Twist last month. The After Earth actor was seen with the Kardashians and Jenners at Kylie's Sweet 16 birthday party on Aug. 10.
